I stayed at this hotel during my trip and it was fantastic. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. Everything was in close proximity, making my trip so much easier. The room was spacious and the amenities were excellent. I loved the in-room safe and mini-bar. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a lot of choices and delicious food. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a great location with excellent amenities and fantastic service.

Great location near all the main attractions and local restaurants. Rooms were well designed and clean. Fantastic views from the entrance foyer and main staircase.
The air conditioning was very poor and didn't cool down the room properly. There were issues with the fire alarm going off early in the morning, causing inconvenience.

This hotel is located in a very central area, right next to the historical center. It is in the centre of the city and offers easy access to bus and tramway lines for exploring. the hotel has a panoramic viewing area at the top of the building, providing a nice view. The rooms are clean and comfortable with helpful and competent staff, and the breakfast offers custom egg orders.
The gym could be better with more equipment and space.

We had a great stay at Nh Collection Torino Santo Stefano. The hotel is amazing location near the Palazzo Reale and the bustling pedestrian 'Shopping Street'. The rooms were well-appointed with comfy beds, and the bathroom was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The parking nearby was convenient, even though it wasn't free. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and excellent service.
